FAQ's Return & Refund
In rare cases where circumstances beyond our control prevent us from delivering the agreed-upon collaboration services, we will work with you to find a suitable resolution, which may include rescheduling the service or providing a credit for future services.
Before commencing collaboration services, a formal agreement outlining the scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and fees will be provided. Once the agreement is signed and payment is processed, the collaboration service is considered confirmed and non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
